Charleston Place offers two different floor plans that range from 1350 sq. ft. to 1550 sq. ft. All of the condos are decorated exactly the same regardless of their size or location. The interiors of all the condos are very luxurious and compare to houses in the $400,000 price range. Below are some of the significant features.
One to three year leases are available and include water, sewer and trash service. The condos have electric furnaces and central air conditioning. Residents pay only their electric bill, which will average approximately 5 cents per sq. ft. each month. The units are very well insulated and have Pella doors and windows. All interior and exterior maintenance is provided, including lawn upkeep, shrub maintenance and snow removal.
