James River Retirement Community is a luxury retirement community for adults fifty and over. We are located in the 65 Market Place Development, near the intersection of U.S. 65 and CC Highway in North Ozark. 65 Marketplace contains a Price Cutter Supermarket, restaurants, banking, churches, and a wide variety of other conveniences within walking distance.
Consisting of a total of 24 condominiums, three different floor plans ranging in size from 930 sq. ft. to 1550 sq. ft. are offered. One to three year leases are available and include water, sewer, and trash services. The condos are all electric with central heat and air. Residents pay only their electric bills.
