Redrex Place offers a spacious 1300 sq. ft. floor plan. The condos are decorated exactly the same regardless of their location. The interiors of all the condos are very luxurious and compare to houses in the $400,000 price range.
One to three year leases are available and include water, sewer and trash service. The condos have electric furnaces and central air conditioning. Residents pay only their electric bill, which will average approximately 5 cents per sq. ft. each month. The units are very well insulated and have Pella doors and windows. All interior and exterior maintenance is provided, including lawn upkeep, shrub maintenance and snow removal.
