Reed Properties Inc. owns and manages several properties throughout Springfield, Missouri. There are nine different floor plans that range from 650 sq. ft. to 2000 sq. ft. All of the condos are decorated exactly the same regardless of their size or location. The interiors of all the condos are very luxurious and compare to houses in the $400,000 price range. Residents pay only their electric bill, which will average approximately 5 cents per sq. ft. each month. The units are very well insulated and have Pella doors and windows. All interior and exterior maintenance is provided, including lawn upkeep, shrub maintenance and snow removal.

All three Springfield retirement communities are conveniently located close to Cox Hospital and all of the clinics and doctors' offices along the Medical Mile. There are several grocery stores and numerous restaurants in the south central area of Springfield. The Battlefield Mall is approximately three miles from each retirement community located in Springfield.

James River Retirement Community is conveniently located in the 65 Market Place Development, near the intersection of U.S. 65 and CC Highway in North Ozark. The 65 Marketplace contains a Price Cutter Supermarket, restaurants, banking, churches, and a wide variety of other conveniences within walking distance.
